Females Advancing Clinical and Translational Science (FACTS)

Focuses on empowering women conducting clinical and translational science. While geared toward faculty, FACTS is also open to staff heavily involved in supporting research and graduate students. FACTS group is sponsored by the West Virginia Clinical and Translational Science Institute (WVCTSI) and is a professional development and networking group.

Serves as a BOG Rule 1.6 designated confidential resource [1] for assisting WVU faculty members in managing workplace conflicts and concerns. It provides an alternative to formal conflict resolution channels. The Faculty Ombudsperson Office operates as a confidential, informal, neutral, and independent resource.
The building does NOT have an elevator, but the ombudsperson will meet at an accessible location.
