If you have experienced Sexual Assault (on or off-campus) immediately call any police department (WV State, WVU police, Morgantown Police) through 911 and go to your nearest hospital for examination and medical attention. Next, visit Title IX for resources and counseling.

If you have experienced sexual harassment on campus contact the WVU Title IX office (304-293-5600) to ensure the proper steps are taken and your rights as a student or/and employee are protected.

Rape & Domestic Violence Information Center (RDVIC)

The exact location is undisclosed for resident safety.

Provides services to men, women, and children who are currently experiencing or who are survivors of domestic violence, child abuse, incest, sexual assault, elder care abuse, care giver abuse, sexual harassment, or stalking. RDVIC provides emergency shelter, counseling, support groups, advocacy, community education, and volunteer opportunities. Their services are confidential and free of charge.
