Financial Avenue

A personal financial education course for students facing financial decisions which can cause significant stress and have major life-long consequences. Educates and empowers WVU students to make well-informed financial decisions and prevent financial behaviors that could negatively impact their futures.

Financial Wellness Intern Program

Schedule a confidential 30-minute session with a Financial Wellness Intern on weekdays between 9 a.m. and 4 p.m. at the WVU Hub. During your appointment, you will be offered guidance related to debt management, spending habits, financial aid, and assorted other topics that might be causing you added stress. Women and Financial Literacy

Women of all ages and backgrounds struggle with the pressure to earn enough, access education, care for a family and plan retirement. Annuity.org is a free web financial resource passionate about promoting financial literacy. They've created a guide specifically for women, to help them feel confident in making financial decisions and overall empowered financially.

Find out more about the WVU Employees' Federal Credit Union. The Credit Union was chartered as a not-for- profit organization by the National Credit Union Administration (NCUA), a Federal agency, on October 12, 1961. The Credit Union is owned entirely by its members and is operated for them exclusively. The philosophy of "people helping people" is carried out by its savings and lending services. Members' savings provide the lending funds.
