Sarah Jessee is a senior at West Virginia University working toward her Bachelor’s in Social Work. She is completing her internship with the Women’s Resource Center, where she is dedicated to helping women on campus connect with the resources that can best support them. Since joining Pi Beta Phi in 2022, a women’s fraternity focused on friendship, leadership, and community service with an emphasis on literacy and inspiring a lifelong love of reading, Sarah has held multiple leadership roles and now serves as Chapter President. She is also a student representative with the Undergraduate Social Work Organization. Passionate about women’s mental health and advocacy, she plans to continue her education in social work or counseling, with the long-term goal of establishing a private practice. Outside of her academic and leadership roles, she enjoys scrapbooking and taking bike rides.
