A free service offered to employees and their dependents. FSAP is a confidential resource that provides professional staff and a safe place to sort through problems and determine the best resources available to address them.

Offers a 24/7 call, chat and text line that provides immediate help for any West Virginian struggling with an addiction or mental health issue. The helpline staff offers confidential support and resource referrals, including self-help groups, out-patient counseling, medication-assisted treatment, psychiatric care, emergency care, and residential treatment.


Mental Health First Aid USA

Provides a skills-based training course to help participants identify someone experiencing mental health and substance use problems and connect them to appropriate support. The website contains additional resources available to address the most common mental disorders.
