Sidney Sheets is a graduate assistant for the WVU Women’s Resource Center. They graduated from West Virginia University in 2023 with a Bachelor of Social Work, and minors in Women’s and Gender Studies and Psychology. They are currently enrolled in the Master of Social Work Program at WVU. They are from Ripley, WV, and want to work in a clinical setting with focus on eating disorder recovery.
The WRC initiative that Sidney is most interested in is the distribution of free period and sexual health products to WVU students; they are passionate about increasing accessibility for all students.
